Using a variety of specialist software, we document  every aspect of the project for tender and construction purposes - spaceplanning layouts, wall finish layouts, floor finish layouts, joinery detailing, ceiling & lighting layouts,  window & door schedules, etc.  We can also assist with obtaining the required local municipal approvals for projects. 

We take care of selecting the required team to complete a specific project from professional consultants to contractors. We carefully manage the project throughout the design and construction phase in order to hand over a fully completed project to our Clients. 

By compiling an initial cost estimate, we ensure that our Clients are satisfied with the anticipated costs of the project. This is carefully managed throughout the project by continuously keeping track of spend, changes and available funds. We also manage the procurement of all materials required to complete the project.
